A special task force has been set up to monitor entertainment spots throughout the Eid period.

According to the statement, both open and covert operations will be carried out from the first to the last day of the celebration to ensure compliance.

The board stressed that free mixing between males and females would not be tolerated and warned that anyone found under the influence of intoxicants or dressed inappropriately would be denied access to entertainment venues.

Event organisers, DJs, and club owners were cautioned to strictly adhere to the board’s guidelines or face severe penalties.

The board also called on parents to instill strong moral values in their children and pray for a peaceful and successful Eid celebration.
