Swedish striker Viktor Gyokeres appears to have closed the door on a potential move to Manchester United, as reported by Portuguese outlet, Record.
The Sporting forward has seemingly dismissed the prospect of reuniting with former manager Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford, instead setting his sights on a switch to Arsenal.

Recent developments suggest that Manchester United’s pursuit of Gyokeres has significantly weakened. The player’s representatives have reportedly communicated to the Red Devils that Arsenal represents the most likely destination for their client’s next career move.
Currently, tensions are emerging between Sporting and Gyokeres’ management team regarding the striker’s potential departure.
This comes as Arsenal prepares to submit an improved bid following their initial proposal worth €55 million plus €10 million in performance-related add-ons, which Sporting previously turned down.
