The 26-year-old Nigerian striker is currently aboard a private jet headed for Istanbul, where Galatasaray fans are eagerly awaiting his arrival. The club has confirmed it will stream a live broadcast of his flight on its official YouTube channel.

Galatasaray have reached an agreement with Napoli for a €75 million transfer fee — a deal set to break the Turkish transfer record. Napoli will receive €40 million upfront, with an additional €35 million to be paid over the next year. The agreement also includes a clause preventing Osimhen from joining any Serie A club for the next two seasons.
Osimhen spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Galatasaray, where he delivered a stellar performance, scoring 37 goals and providing eight assists in 41 appearances, helping the club secure both the league title and the Turkish Cup.
The move brings a close to a two-year standoff with Napoli, during which the Lagos-born forward was sidelined at the start of last season.
