CAC delists 247 unregistered companies

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced the deletion of 247 entities from its official records after it was discovered that they were never properly registered as limited liability companies.

In a statement shared on its official X handle on Friday, the commission explained that the registration certificate (RC) numbers attributed to the affected entities were not issued by the CAC, prompting their removal from the database.

“The general public is hereby informed that the 247 names listed here below have not been duly registered as limited liability companies,” CAC stated.

“The Registered Certificate (RC) numbers allegedly ascribed to them have not been assigned to any one of them. Consequently, the names and the RC numbers have been removed from the Database.

“Members of the general public are enjoined to disregard any claim to their existence as legal persons or claims to rights and obligations founded on their existence as legal persons.”

The companies include:

2. Ambergas Limited3. Renam Nig Ltd4. Odacon Nig Ltd

5. L and K Investment Limited

6. Bornao Engineering Supply & Technical Company Limited

7. Tawakali Investment International Ltd

8. Vourla Petroleum/Gas Limited

9. Startrek Traveler Limited

10. Medical City SPV Services Limited

11. Wadatau African Airspace Services Limited

12. Max-Pat Nig Ltd

13. Bifex Consultants Limited

14. Grand-Works Nigeria Limited

15. Rychado Global Malls Limited

16. Inter-Global Contractors Limited

17. Alh. S.G Koko and Sons Limited

18. Nono Nig. Ent. Ltd
