The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced the deletion of 247 entities from its official records after it was discovered that they were never properly registered as limited liability companies.
In a statement shared on its official X handle on Friday, the commission explained that the registration certificate (RC) numbers attributed to the affected entities were not issued by the CAC, prompting their removal from the database.
