BREAKING: Supreme Court dismisses 13 states’ suit challenging EFCC legality

The Supreme Court has thrown out the suit of the 13 states challenging the constitutionality of the law that established the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

In a unanimous decision on Friday, the seven-man panel of justices led by Justice Uwani-Abba-Aji said the suit lacked merit.
