Grammy-winning artiste Wizkid has revealed the tracklist for his upcoming album Morayo, set to release on November 22.
The album is a heartfelt tribute to his mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who passed away in August 2023.
The 16-track project features collaborations with prominent artists including Asake, Brent Faiyaz, Jazmine Sullivan, Anaïs, and Tiakola. Tracks such as Troubled Mind, Karamo, Kese (Dance), Bad Girl, Time, and A Million Blessings highlight the diverse lineup. Other songs include Après Minuit, Bad for You, Don’t Care, and Pray.
Wizkid, born Ayodeji Balogun, clarified earlier this year that Morayo is not an Afrobeats album, urging fans of the genre to approach it with an open mind.
Since gaining fame with his debut album Superstar in 2011, Wizkid has released four additional albums, including Made in Lagos—which was recently recognized as the most-streamed Nigerian album on Apple Music.
A 2021 Grammy Award winner, Wizkid continues to solidify his legacy in global music.
