I was raped five times, Iyabo Ojo recounts

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has opened up on how she had been a victim of rape five times in the past.

She made the shocking revelation while speaking with Biola Bayo, on her talk show, Talk to B.

Ojo made opened up about her painful past, expressing her strong zero-tolerance stance on rape.

She also shared the complexities of her family life, detailing how her father’s battle with addiction ultimately led to his death at the age of 49.

Reflecting on her upbringing, she revealed that she was raised by her grandmother and did not meet her mother until she was seven years old.

Iyabo Ojo partly said: “I was raped five times in my life. I discovered we have a lot of rape apologists. I don’t care who the person is; if that person is my son, I am going to come for him unapologetically.

“I have never met Naira Marley before in my entire life. The only time I lacked was when I insisted this was the man I was going to get married to because, at that time, my dad and I disowned each other.

“My dad did everything, alcohol and drugs, so it messed him up at a young age. He died at 40.

“Mohbad’s dad claims he wants a DNA, and the court has granted that. I’m hearing from one side, which is Wunmi’s side. When I asked her again recently, she said he also has some conditions.

“One of my colleague also came out to insinuate I probably might have hand in his death. That’s why I’m in court with her today.”
