Jandor returns to APC

Olajide Adediran, popular as Jandor, the Peoples Democratic Party, Governorship Candidate in Lagos State at the 2023 General Election has gone back to APC.

On Monday, Jandor returned to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC from which he defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the months running to the 2023 General Elections. He was the PDP’s candidate.

He announced his decision to return to the APC at a Press Conference held at his Campaign Office in Ikeja on Monday.

Explaining his decision to return to the APC, Jandor cited the APC as the best alternative to deliver good governance to Lagosians and Nigerians as a whole.

He emphasized that his decision was made after extensive consultations with political supporters and associates across Lagos State.

This announcement comes on the heels of his highly publicized meetings with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu last week, with insinuations rife that he might return to APC.

He had days ago, dumped the PDP citing Indiscipline, anti-party activities and  betrayal by the Party leadership as the reason for dumping the PDP.
