AMVCA: Lateef Adedimeji, Chioma Chukwuka, others nominated for 2025 Edition [Full List]

The Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) organisers have released the nominations for the 2025 edition.

The yearly awards recognize achievement among African filmmakers, actors, and content creators who have made significant contributions to the industry in the previous year.

Nigerian actors Uzor Arukwe, Adedimeji Lateef, and Chioma Chukwuka have received nominations for 2025.

Adedimeji Lateef is nominated for Best Lead Actor following his performance in Lisabi, while Uzor Arukwe has received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor for Suspicion.

Actress Chioma Chukwuka secured a nomination for Best Lead Actress for Seven Doors.
