Actress Iyabo Ojo has been named the best-dressed female at the premiere of filmmaker Omoni Oboli’s movie, “Wives on Strike: The Uprising.”
Announcing this on her Instagram page on Thursday, Omoni hailed Iyabo for her impeccable fashion sense and described her as a “true fashion icon” who lit up the premiere with class.
“The results are in, Nigerian fashionistas really brought their Creativity, A-game, and intentionality, and we are proud to announce that the Best Dressed Winner from #TheUprisingWOS3Premiere, Female category is @iyaboojofespris.
“You are indeed a special and true fashion icon. Congratulations Queen Mother, you lit up our world premiere with class,” she wrote.
As best-dressed, Iyabo will take home $1,000 prize money courtesy of celebrity hair entrepreneur Wanneka.
The premiere was held on October 13.
