Odumodublvck addresses misogyny allegations

Date:

Nigerian hip-hop artist Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has addressed the misogyny allegations against him.

Odumodublvck faced accusations of misogyny after stating in a verse from his 2023 collaborative hit with Shallipopi, ‘Cast,’ that some women may be unable to afford wigs and designer handbags without sleeping with men.

In a recent interview with The Beat FM, Lagos, Odumodublvck downplayed the misogyny allegations, describing it as ‘fake’.

He argued that he has been more supportive of female artists than any of his colleagues in the past year.

“In the last year, I am the artist that has featured the most women in the game. What kind of misogynist is that? That’s a fake one,” he said.
