Combs allegedly forced escort to urinate on Cassie’s mouth – prosecutors

Date:

Prosecutors in the ongoing “sex trafficking trial” involving Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have made disturbing claims, including an allegation that he once compelled a male escort to urinate into the mouth of his former partner, Cassie Ventura.

The trial formally commenced on May 12, following the conclusion of jury selection.

Combs has entered a plea of not guilty to multiple serious charges, including one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation for prostitution.

According to People magazine, Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson described a disturbing event that allegedly occurred during one of Combs’ so-called “freak offs”—a term prosecutors say refers to highly orchestrated sex parties. These events reportedly featured male escorts and women who, in many cases, were either coerced or manipulated into participating.

Johnson recounted that during one such gathering, Combs forced an unidentified male escort to urinate into Cassie Ventura’s mouth, after which Ventura reportedly said she “felt like she was choking.”

In addition to this testimony, prosecutors also pointed to a 2016 surveillance video that appeared online showing Combs allegedly kicking, striking, and dragging Cassie down a hotel hallway.

Daniel Phillip, a male escort, also testified that he was repeatedly hired to engage in sexual acts with Cassie. He stated he was compensated up to $6,000 per encounter and that Combs would sometimes issue instructions or film the acts.

Phillip also told jurors, “Cassie was actually the one that asked me urinate on her,” adding, “She asked me if I had ever done that before, she told me to do it. Apparently I was doing it wrong, because they both told me.”

He further testified, “My thoughts were that this was someone with unlimited power. And chances are that, even if I did go to the police, I might still lose my life.”

Combs’ legal team, meanwhile, indicated last week that they intend to argue that Cassie was also violent during their relationship and that their interactions were mutually aggressive.

Ventura is expected to give her own testimony later in the proceedings. The Bad Boy Records mogul was taken into custody in Manhattan on September 16, 2024, and was indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Among the wide-ranging allegations, he is accused of sexually abusing 120 individuals, including both men and women, as well as a 9-year-old boy. If convicted on the racketeering charge, Combs could face life imprisonment.

A separate conviction on the sex trafficking count carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years.
