Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, has slammed critics who call her offensive names on social media.
Expressing her frustration in a post on X, Henshaw stated that she’s tired of people calling her ‘olosho’ and ‘prostitute’ whenever they disagree with her opinions online.
Henshaw emphasized that many social media users have lost the art of arguing intelligently and instead resort to hurling insults, especially at women.
She challenged her critics to come up with more thoughtful responses, calling them out for their lack of sense and intelligence.
In her words, “Name-calling like olosho, prostitute & the like is just so tiring to hear.
She said “Can’t you come up with more intelligent responses?
“Oh well, sense was in abundance, but that’s when you decided to walk away so that you would be bereft of brains. Dullards.”
As a renowned actress and advocate for women’s rights, Henshaw, 53, has been vocal on various social issues, including politics and women’s empowerment.
Her frustration with online harassment highlights the need for more respectful and constructive dialogue on social media.
