The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) has successfully neutralized the kidnappers who abducted Mrs. Hakeem Odumosu, the wife of retired Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Hakeem Odumosu, and recovered the ransom previously demanded.
The incident unfolded on Friday when four heavily armed men stormed the Odumosu family’s residence in Arepo, located within Ogun State’s Obafemi/Owode Local Government Area.
As Mrs. Odumosu approached her home in her Lexus SUV, the assailants seized her, dragging her from the vehicle before taking her through swampy terrain to an undisclosed location.
