The 101-year-old legendary actor Pa Charles Olumo Sanyaolu, better known by his stage name Agbako, has passed away.
He reportedly died early Thursday morning.
Bolaji Amusan, the President of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), broke the news via his Instagram handle, stating, “TAMPAN Global announces the passing of Pa Charles Olumo Sanyaolu, fondly known as AGBAKO.”
He added that further details regarding burial arrangements will be shared at a later date.
