Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface or 2Baba, has ignited widespread discussion after making contentious remarks on male sexuality and fidelity.
Speaking during a recent interview with media personality Nedu, the veteran artist expressed skepticism over the idea that men can remain sexually exclusive to one partner — even in committed relationships.

He said, “I will speak for myself, but men are not built to be sexually involved with only one woman. A man can love one woman and give her his heart, but when it comes to sexual satisfaction, it’s difficult. It’s the biology of a man.
“It’s what has gotten so many people in trouble. We need to accept it. So many heartbreaks and unnecessary stress could be avoided if we simply acknowledged this reality.”
While Tuface acknowledged that individual men can choose to stay faithful, he attributed infidelity to what he described as male biological tendencies.
His comments have since gone viral, triggering a storm of reactions online.
Some social media users have supported his views as a candid reflection on male behavior, while others condemned the remarks, saying they normalize unfaithfulness.
The 49-year-old singer is a father to seven children from three different women — Sumbo Ajaba, Pero Adeniyi, and Annie Macaulay.

In January 2025, 2Baba confirmed that he and Annie had separated and would proceed with divorce. He has since gone public with his affection for Natasha Osawaru, a legislator in the Edo State House of Assembly.
