EFCC to hold e-auction of 891 forfeited vehicles

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced plans to conduct an electronic auction for 891 vehicles that have been forfeited under the agency’s mandate. According to a notice shared via its social media platforms, the vehicles were seized in accordance with the EFCC (Establishment) Act, 2004, the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery & Management) Act, 2022.

The EFCC has provided details of the authorized auctioneers for the sale of these forfeited cars. The online auction is set to take place from January 20 to January 27, and interested buyers can access the auction platforms through the following websites: www.rihogo.com, https://biznjeg.ng, and www.areogunresourcesniglid.com.ng.

This initiative offers the public an opportunity to acquire vehicles that have been legally forfeited to the government.
