Ikeja Electric has released new pricing for its prepaid meters, effective from August 6, 2025 stating that the updated rates apply to both single-phase and three-phase meters, with prices already inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
The announcement was made via the company’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on Friday, detailing prices across various Meter Asset Providers (MAPs):

The company emphasized that these rates are “valid subject to meter availability,” and explained that the update reflects its ongoing commitment to provide customers with transparent and current information regarding meter purchases.
Ikeja Electric also noted that the pricing aligns with the most recent approved tariffs under its Meter Asset Provider (MAP) scheme, aimed at improving metering transparency and accessibility for its customers.
