Tinubu reunites with Atiku at Jumat prayer in Abuja

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has met with President Bola Tinubu during Jumat prayers at the National Mosque in Abuja on Friday, October 25.

The two leaders were photographed exchanging pleasantries alongside other dignitaries.

Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, shared details of the event, noting that the prayers coincided with the wedding of the daughter of former Gombe Governor Danjuma Goje.

Attendees included prominent figures such as Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed, and Ali Ndume, among others.

Onanuga referred to Atiku as an “old friend” of President Tinubu in his social media post about the gathering.

This meeting highlights the ongoing interactions between key political figures in Nigeria, reflecting both personal and political connections within the nation’s leadership.
