The United Kingdom (UK) Foreign Office announced on Wednesday that the families of British diplomatic personnel stationed in Israel have been pulled out of the country amid escalating hostilities between Iran and Israel, reports AFP.
According to the statement, relatives of staff based at the British embassy in Tel Aviv and the consulate in Jerusalem were “temporarily withdrawn as a precautionary measure”.

The ministry clarified that core diplomatic staff remain at their posts.This follows the ongoing war between Iran and Israel which has entered day six.
