Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has dismissed the credibility of the opposition coalition formed under the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, Olayinka criticised the coalition’s leaders, calling on Nigerians to “have sense,” and claiming that the very individuals leading the opposition have family members embedded in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He pointed out that the daughter of David Mark, the ADC’s interim chairman, currently serves in the House of Representatives on the APC platform.

“Son of Political Alarinka Agbaye, Atiku Abubakar is a Commissioner in Adamawa State under a PDP Govt. Another one is a major revenue contractor in a PDP State.
