Chelsea forward Cole Palmer has sparked speculation about the status of his relationship with longtime girlfriend Connie Grace after noticeably unfollowing her on social media.
The move, coming amid whispers of turbulence in the couple’s relationship, has drawn attention from fans and media alike.

Palmer recently admitted to going through a challenging period “on and off the pitch” earlier in July, intensifying the rumours. Despite his personal struggles, the 23-year-old delivered a standout performance in the Club World Cup final, where Chelsea defeated Paris Saint-Germain to claim the trophy.

A report by Glam Set & Match suggests the England international may have ended his three-year relationship with Grace. The publication claims Palmer not only unfollowed but also blocked the Manchester-based manicurist and influencer. It also notes that Grace had previously unfollowed Palmer’s sister, further hinting at a possible split.
Grace is said to have travelled to the United States to support Palmer during Chelsea’s Club World Cup campaign but was scarcely seen at the matches. Palmer, meanwhile, played a pivotal role in Chelsea’s victory, scoring twice and providing an assist in the final.
Following his goal in the quarter-final against Palmeiras, Palmer ran over to the bench to celebrate with teammate Tosin Adarabioyo. Explaining the emotional gesture, he told reporters: “That’s my boy. Obviously, I’ve had a difficult time these past whatever months on and off the pitch, but he’s always been there for me and he’s helped me a lot. So, yeah, I just thought I’d go over to him.”
As Chelsea prepare for the upcoming season, Enzo Maresca’s squad is scheduled to face Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan in pre-season matches before officially launching their Premier League campaign on August 17 against Crystal Palace.
