Morotoluwa Ojomo, a Nigerian-born American footballer, landed in his home nation on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old Philadephia Eagles player landed at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, at 11:30 am through a Delta Airlines aircraft.

He arrived in Lagos with his parents and sister, and they were welcomed at the airport with drums.
Ojomo, born in Lagos, returns to the city a few weeks after winning Super Bowl 59 with the Philadephia Eagles.
The Super Bowl is the grand championship final of the National Football League (NFL) in the US.
Ojomo featured in the final game as the Eagles won their second-ever Super Bowl.
Ojomo was born in Nigeria in 2001, and his family moved to California when he was seven. In 2023, the defensive tackle was drafted into the NFL as the 11th pick. He joined the Philadelphia Eagles.
With the Super Bowl victory, Ojomo joined C.J. Uzomah, Chukwuebuka Godrick, Chris Oladokun, and Charles Omenihu as Nigerian-born athletes with NFL titles.
